Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a part-time, school-based opportunity in the Greenwood, South Carolina area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details
This is an itinerant Occupational Therapist position serving students throughout the Greenwood community. The selected clinician will:
- Provide services at preschools and private schools throughout the district
- Be based out of the district's special services department
- Serve as an integral member of the district's Child Find Team
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to identify and support young children with developmental needs
- Work 7.5 hours per day, 3–4 days per week
Responsibilities
- Assess students' developmental and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to support students' participation in educational activities and daily living skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including the Child Find Team, teachers, administrators, and families
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
- Stay current on evidence-based occupational therapy practices and school-based service delivery
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure/certification
- Previous pediatric, early intervention, or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between service locations within the district
