We’re excited to bring a fresh and modern boba tea experience to Maplewood! We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to help launch our location and deliver outstanding service and delicious drinks to the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep ingredients and follow recipes.
- Welcome customers with a smile as they arrive
- Provide menus and help customers choose drinks based on their preferences
- Take accurate orders, including customizations (tea blend, sweetness, dairy, toppings, etc.)
- Prepare drinks and snacks according to our recipes and standards
- Serve beverages and treats like cookies, muffins, and pastries
- Process payments via cash or card
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback and suggest new menu ideas to management
What We’re Looking For:
- No Barista experience required – we’ll provide full training
- Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Work independently and as part of a team
