We are seeking experienced structural project engineers to join both our Atlanta and Hartford teams.
The qualified candidate must be a licensed P.E. or S.E. and have a minimum of five (5) years of
experience in the structural design of timber, steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and detailing structural systems for a variety of project types in the following market
sectors: Commercial Office, Government (Local, State, and Federal), Healthcare, Higher Education,
Hospitality, Industrial, K-12 Education, Mixed Use, Movie Studios, Multi-Family, Recreation, Religious,
and Retail.
- Collaborating with and serving clients.
- Managing and mentoring project team members.
- Preparing contract drawings and specifications.
- Performing construction administration tasks.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed P.E. or S.E. with a minimum of five (5) years of structural experience
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineer or Master’s in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural
Engineering.
- Self-motivated professional who can work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience with commercial design software including but not limited to Bentley products, CSI
products, ENERCALC, Adapt, etc.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit Structure software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
