About American HealthCare Group
Our core service is administering Supportive Service programs that increase the quality of health and wellness for residents of affordable housing communities. We employ people who love people and they are the boots on the ground who bring resources, service coordination, on-site clinical care services, and educational programs to the residents of the affordable housing communities that we serve in Pennsylvania and across the United States.
We work with Housing Authorities, Property Owners, and Developers in the Multi-Family Affordable Housing sector who provide Supportive Services to their residents. We work closely with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA.org) who oversees the structuring of these programs. Our Service Programs are directly aligned with the standards created by PHFA for Service Coordinators and Nurse Coordinators.
