ARC is a Design Oriented Architectural firm specializing in new construction, primarily in the multifamily sector. We are seeking a motivated Project Architect/ Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our growing office. The Project Architect should have a high level of experience in DD, CD and CA phases. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, detail oriented and looking to be an integral part of our office.
Qualified candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, proficiency with 3-d modeling, and graphic programs is preferred, but not required. Strong design and presentation skills are also desirable. Familiarity with NYC Building Code, Zoning, and DOB filing procedures is a plus.
