Now Hiring: Estimator / Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in site grading, excavation, sewer, storm drain, and underground utility construction and are seeking someone who can help estimate projects and manage them from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for grading, sewer, and storm drain projects
- Review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and schedules
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability
- Communicate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
Qualifications
- Experience estimating and managing grading or underground utility projects
- Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, sewer, storm drainage, and utility installation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; estimating software
