Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
- Develop targeted marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using real estate administrative tools
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, zoning laws, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, communicating clearly, and managing expectations professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate promotion
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Familiarity with property management practices and real estate law is preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple listings and transactions simultaneously
- Administrative experience related to real estate processes is a plus
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliant practices in all dealings

Pay: $29,996.53 - $390,330.45 per year
