Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and driving sales growth. Your leadership will help create a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Implement merchandising strategies and pricing plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor store performance through retail math and sales data analysis; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math.
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, pricing techniques, and stock management.
- Ability to lead with confidence in shift management, operational oversight, training & development initiatives.
- Experience in grocery or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
