What You’ll Do

Manage Federal and State wastewater discharge permits (NPDES, LPDES, TPDES, etc.)

Prepare and submit compliance reports and regulatory documentation

Develop and implement industrial and construction stormwater programs
-
Prepare and train facility teams on Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)

Design and manage compliance management systems
-
Conduct on-site environmental compliance audits
-
Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:

B.S. (or higher) in Engineering or a related scientific discipline
-
5+ years of environmental compliance experience
-
Demonstrated experience with wastewater permitting and industrial stormwater compliance
-
Strong working knowledge of Federal and State water quality regulations

Experience managing projects and mentoring staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
