Field Sales Representative – Auto Hail Repair

Job Description
iDent Auto Hail & Collision is looking for motivated Field Sales Representatives with previous sales experience to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based sales position with additional performance bonuses. We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who are comfortable approaching potential customers, generating leads, explaining our auto hail repair services, and closing business.
Our Field Sales Representatives are responsible for developing new customers in hail-affected areas and helping vehicle owners understand the repair and insurance claim process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new auto hail repair customers
- Conduct face-to-face sales and customer outreach
- Educate customers about Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and our hail repair process
- Explain the insurance claim and repair process clearly
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Meet individual sales and production goals
- Represent iDent professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers
- Automotive, roofing, solar, door-to-door, insurance, or other commission-based sales experience is a plus
- Auto hail/PDR experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
This position offers uncapped commission earning potential plus performance bonuses. Compensation is based on individual sales performance, making this a strong opportunity for experienced salespeople who are motivated by results.
