About the Opportunity:
The Program Planning Specialist is responsible for production scheduling, order tracking, and data-driven process improvements within a manufacturing environment. Supports daily operations by coordinating production priorities, resolving delays, and providing actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
What You'll Do:

Track delayed orders, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions across production areas.

Develop Power BI dashboards and write SQL queries for reporting and analysis.

Create Excel VBA macros to automate data extraction and reporting processes.
-
Adjust daily production schedules based on parts availability and production priorities.

Manage MES order release restrictions based on work content and production requirements.

Coordinate scheduling for pre-series trials, part changeovers, and engineering testing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production flow and operational performance.
What We're Looking For:

BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or other related field

Experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, or supply chain
-
Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel/VBA
-
Experience with MES systems and production scheduling
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
