Duties
- Design and implement visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand standards and seasonal themes
- Collaborate with store teams to plan layout arrangements that maximize product visibility and customer flow
- Ensure all visual elements are maintained in pristine condition, clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in training staff on visual standards and display techniques to ensure consistency across the store
- Conduct regular audits of displays to identify areas for improvement or reorganization
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with store teams
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, color theory, and spatial design principles
- Bilingual skills or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer groups effectively
