Salary range: $91,267 - $102,676* annually

This position provides executive-level leadership and accountability for the analysis, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business systems supporting ctcLink, including both Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The role is responsible for conducting complex business and systems analysis to improve operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and align system functionality with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. Serving as project manager for assigned strategic initiatives, this position leads cross-functional efforts from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. In addition, the position plays a key role in quality management by developing, monitoring, and enhancing standards, processes, and controls that support continuous improvement, system reliability, and effective service delivery across the institution.

This is a Full-time exempt position scheduled to work Monday through Friday. The salary for this position is $91,267 to $102,676* annually, which includes a generous benefits package that includes the following.

The employee must reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance of the campus to respond to workplace reporting requirements at the time of hciring. Frequent travel to Olympic College campuses or other sites may occur.
