- Manage multiple ground-up custom home projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
- Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong homeowner relationships
- Manage project financials, procurement, and change orders
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction
- Drive projects from preconstruction through final completion
