Job Summary
We are a gun holster manufacturer seeking a motivated and results-driven Gun Show Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations within a designated travel area.
We are in extreme growth mode and the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, working, and breaking down our gun show set up within the general area of Pennsylvania/Maryland/Northern Virginia.
-Must have a reliable vehicle capable of towing a small trailer
-Must be able to keep company trailer at your residence
-Must be willing to travel, occasionally long drives.
-Must be available Fri-Sun. This position requires working most weekends of the year. On some occasions, must be available thursday and monday.
-Must not have any felony convictions
-Must be able to pass a drug test
Responsibilities
- Check in with promotor the day before show opening to set up for gun shows
- Hours of gun shows vary by promotor but are usually 9-5 on Saturday, and either 9-4 or 10-5 on Sunday.
- Responsible for taking down gun show setup Sunday evening (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Monitor competitor activities within the territory.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, or B2B sales environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales metrics.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present product demos confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining attention to detail in all interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a commission based position, with a minimum guarantee, with uncapped earning potential. We have a tried and true selling system, combined with a very successful USA made product line. Company 401(k).
