Position Overview:
The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to assigned business units by delivering comprehensive human resources support across multiple functional areas. This role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding, leave administration, and compliance reporting. The HR Generalist collaborates with HR and business leaders to drive performance, engagement, and consistency in HR practices, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational objectives. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite
Responsibilities:

Provides employee guidance on various HR topics, such as policies, benefits, etc., for assigned region(s).

Supports performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and succession planning processes.

Facilitates employee onboarding and offboarding, and process and maintain employment records.

Manages the Leave of Absence program, including payroll entry to employee education.

Assists the talent acquisition, recruitment, and LMS/training processes.

Responds to law enforcement, EDD, legal counsel, ICE, and verification of employment requests.

Supports the development and implementation of human resource policies.

Reviews policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure consistency and compliance.

Assists management with monthly metrics entry by collecting and reporting data from various sources.

Conducts or assists audits and investigations
