Retail Sales Associate – Bleu & Yello Closet
Bleu & Yello Closet is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team immediately.
This position is for someone who enjoys talking to people, helping customers, and making sales. We are not looking for someone who is shy or wants to sit around on their phone. We need someone who can engage with customers, create conversations, and help grow our business.
Schedule
- 3 Days Per Week
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Approximately 24Hours Per Week
- Additional hours may be available after a 30-day evaluation period based on performance, attendance, reliability, and overall contribution to the business.
Pay
- $9.00- 12.00 Per Hour
- Based on Experience
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Assist customers with shoes, clothing, and accessories
- Build relationships with customers and help drive sales
- Organize inventory by size and color
- Restock merchandise and unpack new inventory
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
- Process customer transactions
- Take photos and videos for social media content when needed
Qualifications
- Must have some sales or customer service experience
- Must be comfortable approaching and talking to customers
- Cannot be shy; this position requires strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Reliable transportation required
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
