We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Must be flexible.
Compensation:
$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
- Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
- Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
- Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
Qualifications:-

- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
