Gateway Medical Solutions, a rapidly growing medical billing company, is seeking an Experienced Billing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, extensive billing experience, and a proven ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, certification, and performance. Pay rates are reviewed regularly to stay ahead of wage changes and market benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support a team of medical billers across various specialties.
· Oversee day-to-day billing operations including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
· Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
· Provide exceptional support to clients, physicians, and their office staff.
· Train and mentor new and existing billing team members.
· Assist with onboarding new clients and integrating them into our systems and workflows.
· Ensure compliance with all billing regulations and payer guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
· Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required.
· Proficiency in AR follow-up, full-cycle billing, and problem-solving for claim issues.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude.
· Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical billing company.
· Hands-on experience in Pain Management, Neonatology, Physical Therapy, and other specialties.
