Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Chef who is committed to leading people well—in a life-inspiring way—while delivering the highest quality of food, product standards, sanitation, safety, and a positive work environment. This individual would oversee the Back of House employees, menus, and standards at Table 33 (to include The Dessert Room), Lucho, and Tipp City Pizza.
Experience leading a staff and establishing a standardized menu is an absolute must. The Executive Chef will be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant’s culinary program.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Hire, train, and supervise the work of food and line production staff
- Maintain and support culture & philosophies of The Hospitalité Group
- Plan regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- Exhibit working knowledge of food cost, best practices (line checks), and purchasing
- Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area
- Meet all health department standards for safe food handling
- Purchase various food products as required by par levels
- Maintain food storage, receiving, rotating, & stocking as required by par levels
- Financial Accountability
- 2-5 years of current management experience in high volume dining establishment
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Culinary degree a plus
