Key Responsibilities:
- Outage Planning:
- Develop strategic outage schedules in collaboration with senior management and project leaders.

- Resource Allocation & Leveling:
- Strategically allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize project performance.

- Critical Path Management:

- Progress Monitoring & Change Management:

- Assess schedule changes, evaluate their impact, and communicate adjustments to project teams.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all outage activities adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards .
- Maintain detailed documentation of outage schedules, changes, and performance reports.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior outage coordinators.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field .
- Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in outage coordination and project management , with a strong track record of managing complex projects .
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Expertise in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
