- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all outage activities adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards .
- Maintain detailed documentation of outage schedules, changes, and performance reports.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior outage coordinators.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field .
- Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in outage coordination and project management , with a strong track record of managing complex projects .
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
