Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners within the construction sector.

Assist incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide prompt, accurate information and solutions.

Coordinate scheduling and resolve customer questions

Facilitate communication between customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.

Maintain organized digital files, and documentation of interactions with workers.

Support day-to-day office operations, including data entry and administrative tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual, and eager to take on responsibilities.

Enthusiastic, team-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Passion for customer service and supporting others.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook or similar applications (Preferred but not required.)

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or construction-related roles

Familiarity with construction industry terms, processes, or project coordination

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
