Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
- Perform roof, siding, gutter, and exterior inspections.
- Educate homeowners on storm damage, insurance restoration, and repair options.
- Build relationships through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and community events.
- Meet with homeowners to present restoration solutions and estimates.
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM.
- Follow up with prospects until projects are sold.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent Black Oak Restoration Co. with professionalism and integrity.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
