- Base Pay + Commission: $90,000 - $120000, performance-based

Your Mission
- Act as an entrepreneurial hunter: proactively prospect, map out, and source new lead opportunities across builders, architects, and developers in your allocated markets.
- Nurture self-sourced prospects and marketing-generated leads through the entire sales cycle to closed training registrations.
- Build and manage your outbound sales pipeline seamlessly utilizing HubSpot and Apollo.
- Create authentic, lasting relationships with builders, designers, and developers
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
- Represent Emu at local and national events—networking, showcasing, and learning
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, training, and services to refine our outreach and offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales performer (2+ years), especially in a quota-driven environment
- Self-starter who thrives remotely and respects structured processes
- Consultative seller with sharp communication skills
- Fast learner of tools and tech—especially CRM and prospecting platforms
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience in construction
- Experience with outbound sales intelligence and sequencing platforms (HubSpot and Apollo experience is a major plus).
