Position Summary
Perfect Zero is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s online sales platforms and digital customer experience. This role is responsible for overseeing website functionality, product listings, backend systems, inventory visibility, and overall e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, website administration, and backend platform operations. This individual must be highly organized, technically capable, and able to work cross-functionally to improve online performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Platform Management
- Manage and maintain company e-commerce platforms and website backend
- Ensure website functionality, product visibility, and user experience are optimized
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and media
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage online order flow and coordinate with internal teams regarding fulfillment and inventory
- Ensure inventory availability and product data accuracy across platforms
- Monitor online sales activity and assist with forecasting and reporting
- Support implementation of new products, promotions, and website updates
Backend Systems & Technical Support
- Work within e-commerce, ERP, and inventory management systems to maintain accurate data
- Assist with integrations between website platforms, inventory systems, and operational tools
- Identify and resolve backend issues impacting customer experience or order processing
- Maintain organized digital assets, product data, and system workflows
Customer Experience & Optimization
- Improve overall online customer experience through site organization and usability improvements
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for process or website improvements
- Support SEO, digital merchandising, and conversion-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on online growth strategies
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies within e-commerce workflows and implement practical solutions
- Help standardize website and product management processes
- Support ongoing improvement of online operations and reporting capabilities
Qualifications
Required:
- Extensive experience in e-commerce operations and website/backend management
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and website workflows
- Experience managing product catalogs, pricing, and inventory synchronization
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems
- Familiarity with SEO, digital merchandising, and online conversion optimization
- Experience in manufacturing, firearms, or consumer product industries
Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year DOE
