Super Heaters, a full-service trucking and rental company specializing in frac tank and surface rentals, is hiring an experienced Dispatcher. We are looking for someone with a strong background in transportation dispatching—oilfield, winch truck, and rental equipment experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks, drivers, and rental equipment
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and scheduling
- Track driver hours, routes, equipment and job completion
- Review field tickets and timesheets for accuracy
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of dispatch experience (oilfield preferred)
- Knowledge of winch trucks and oilfield rental equipment a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
