Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
