Job Summary:
Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests.

Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables, as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages.

Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests.

Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and restocking supplies.

Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for our guests.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment

Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification

Ability to operate point-of-sale systems – Aloha, Hot schedule and Paylocity.
Education and Experience:
-
Must be at least sixteen years old.
-
Previous experience as a busser or similar position in a fine dining restaurant is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
-
Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
