Adolf Biecker - Blue Bell
The primary purpose of a Shampoo Assistant is to support stylists and colorists in their daily activities. Shampoo Assistants uphold the Adolf Biecker experience standards and commitment to guest care. They will have an excellent working knowledge of all positions, operations, and systems within the salon.
Responsibilities Include:

Shampooing of guests

Performing stress relieving treatment

Giving hand and arm massage
-
Offering beverages
-
Assisting stylists and colorists
-
General housekeeping
-
Care of salon laundry
-
Selling of Aveda products
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, polished, and fashion-forward appearance

This is a standing position and requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
