Head Chef Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Create and maintain high-quality food standards
- Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment
- Ensure timely ticket execution during high-volume service
