Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced SUD Treatment Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our substance use disorder outpatient treatment center. This role requires a professional with strong administrative, office management, and team leadership skills to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and experience managing medical or behavioral health office settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a vital healthcare service while maintaining an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and phone systems
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for staff and clients
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and supply ordering to ensure operational needs are met
- Maintain accurate accounts recievable, QuickBooks entries, and general ledger records
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and staff scheduling
- Manage supply budgeting activities for the office
- Ensure compliance with medical office regulations and confidentiality standards
- Participate in community events or outreach activities related to treatment programs
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is current and properly stored
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and client communication to foster a professional environment
- Support team collaboration efforts by attending training sessions and staff development initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in office management within healthcare or behavioral health settings
- Strong supervisory experience with team management capabilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, vendors, and community partners
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with medical office procedures, front desk operations, and medical recordkeeping is advantageous

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
