As an industry leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor since 1985, EnviroVantage, Inc is looking to add to our incredible team. Servicing projects Nationwide, and across the Caribbean, EnviroVantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper Hazardous materials handling and Demolition.
The Asbestos Supervisor will be responsible for managing a small crew on Asbestos projects.
Essential Functions:

Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors

Coordinate onsite work
-
Responsible for getting job completed in a safe and efficient manner

Ensure implementation of project specific work plans
-
Manage crew’s labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets

Interface and communicate with clients in a professional manner
-
Oversee delivery and off-loading of supplies and materials.

Complete daily field reports.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Asbestos, Demolition or Construction Supervisor

Minimum of 2 years related field experience with construction and management
-
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
-
OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire.

40 hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required.

High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not required
Working Environment/Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds.

Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements.

Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States.

A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $27.00 - $32.00/hour

Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
