The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiology team in Gainesville, Florida.
This role offers a blend of outpatient clinic care and inpatient cardiovascular medicine, providing exposure to a wide range of cardiovascular conditions and treatment plans. Providers work closely with experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and high-quality patient care.

Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings

Perform hospital rounding, cardiovascular consults, follow-up visits, and patient education

Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs, laboratory studies, imaging, and stress testing

Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists

Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers

Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
