- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of wireless technology and products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
