Escape Room Family is a family focused adventure. The doors always remain unlocked. Instead of finding a way out, the goal is to solve puzzles to accumulate points. Because all puzzles are available from the start there is no need for Game Masters to interact with adventurers during the game. We have four rooms available plus a seasonal room coming soon.
We are looking for an energetic and talented “Game Master” to assist with our guests. Experience not required, we train on all aspects of the job. Weekend availability is a must along with weekday flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and flexible work schedule
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer experience
- Excellent memory and problem solving skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and check them in for their games
- Provide pre-game instructions
- Provide post-game follow-up (help with unsolved puzzles, photos, merchandise)
- Reset game rooms using checklists provided
- Maintain props (repairing and/or reporting damage, wear, etc.)
- Answer customer questions, book reservations, and other guest relations (over the phone and in person)
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Cleaning (vacuuming, sanitizing and cleaning rooms/props, bathrooms, etc.)
