Position Summary
PChange Protective Services LLC is seeking a professional and dependable MD Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations at BWI Airport under PChange. The supervisor will manage officers, maintain staff professionalism, conduct candidate interviews, and ensure quality security services are delivered at all times. Flexible scheduling is required for long shifts to ensure operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers and daily operations
- Conduct candidate interviews and assist with hiring
- Perform quality assurance checks and post inspections
- Monitor staff professionalism, attendance, and performance
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Complete reports and shift documentation
- Coordinate with airport personnel and law enforcement
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training
- Enforce company policies and security procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification
- Prior security supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work long 10-hour shifts
- Ability to pass airport background requirements
