What You'll Do
- Manage multiple luxury residential projects from proposal through installation.
- Coordinate clients, designers, builders, vendors, warehouses, and installers to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain project timelines, purchase orders, deliveries, and client communications.
- Coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, and project logistics.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Help deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of project management, construction coordination, interior design, purchasing, or related experience.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Studio Designer experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local site visits.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
