Compensation and Benefits
- $50 to $65 per hour, based on experience.
- Estimated annual compensation of $104,000 to $135,000.

What You Will Do
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
- Interpret clinical findings and identify functional limitations.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
- Establish clear, measurable, and meaningful treatment goals.
- Deliver evidence-informed Physical Therapy with compassion and clinical intention.
- Progress treatment plans based on patient presentation, goals, and response to care.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility interventions, balance training, and patient education.
- Educate patients and family members on mobility, safety, exercise, function, and long-term wellness.
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and consistently.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support exceptional patient outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in California.
- One year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- New graduate Physical Therapists may be considered.
- Interest in working with older adults.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and compassionate communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong patient relationships.
- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
