Looking for a passionate cat and dog person with customer experience to join our team as our receptionist!
We are a Small Animal Veterinary Hospital located in San Luis Obispo, CA, looking for a friendly, organized team player to add to our team. Duties include (but not limited to) extensive client contact, scheduling appointments, client education, medical record transcription, office organization, client Check-in / Discharge, multi-tasking, reviewing medication with clients, and sales of products and data input.
Excellent phone and computer skills are a must! Spanish speaking is not required but is encouraged as well. Usual work hours will be Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
