Job Description
Be More Clean, an established holistic wellness and detoxification center in Scottsdale, is expanding its services to include IV hydration and nutrient therapy.
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and holistic-focused Registered Nurse to join our integrative team. This position will begin part-time, with the potential to expand into a full-time role as our IV therapy program grows.
The ideal candidate is confident in IV insertion, highly attentive to client safety, and experienced with natural or integrative IV therapies. A background in functional, holistic, or wellness-based IV care is strongly preferred.
Be More Clean is a fragrance-free holistic wellness center. We use primarily non-toxic cleaning products and strive to maintain a calm, clean, and healing environment for our clients and staff.
Strict compliance with our fragrance-free policy is required. Employees may not enter the facility wearing or carrying noticeable synthetic fragrances, including:
- Perfume, cologne, or fragranced body sprays
- Scented lotions, hair products, or personal-care products
- Strongly fragranced laundry detergents or fabric softeners, including products such as Tide
- Scented household cleaners, including products such as Fabuloso
- Similar synthetic fragrances that may remain on clothing, hair, skin, or personal belongings
Candidates must be willing and able to follow this policy consistently during every shift.
Responsibilities
- Review client health histories, intake forms, contraindications, and treatment orders; complete pre-treatment assessments and obtain vital signs.
- Prepare and administer IV hydration and nutrient therapies according to approved protocols and medical directives, including IV insertion, venipuncture, and catheter placement.
- Monitor clients throughout treatment and appropriately recognize and respond to adverse reactions, complications, or emergencies.
- Educate clients on IV therapy, hydration, aftercare, and supportive wellness recommendations.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation while following infection-control, medication-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage multiple clients professionally while collaborating with the clinic’s medical, wellness, and administrative team to provide a calm, supportive client experience.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse license with current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills; previous IV hydration, infusion, emergency care, mobile IV, or wellness clinic experience preferred.
- Knowledge of adverse-reaction management, emergency procedures, infection control, client safety, and accurate documentation.
- Dependable, professional, organized, and able to efficiently manage multiple clients while providing excellent client service.
- Consistent weekend availability and willingness to complete training in open colon hydrotherapy.
- Genuine interest in holistic, functional, and preventive wellness, with the ability to comply with the clinic’s strict fragrance-free policy.
Ideal Candidate
- Confident IV insertion and venipuncture skills.
- Prior experience in a natural, integrative, or functional IV setting.
- Familiarity with vitamin, mineral, glutathione, hydration, and other nutrient-based IV therapies.
- Experience with specialty integrative IVs, such as Hydrogen Peroxide, EDTA, NAD+ and Ozone.
- Understanding of IV compatibility, osmolarity, preparation, and safe administration.
- Genuine interest and already practicing holistic, functional, and preventive wellness in their own personal life.
Compensation and Earning Potential
- Paid per completed IV rather than a traditional hourly nursing rate
- Tips accepted
- Additional compensation opportunities for supporting approved clinic services
- Higher earning potential during busy or high-volume shifts
- Potential earnings equivalent to approximately $75 per hour or more when safely managing multiple scheduled services
- Actual earnings vary based on appointment volume, completed services, scheduling, and tips and are not guaranteed
- Part-time position with the potential to expand into full-time employment
