Vista Trans Logistics is opening its newest 3PL branch in Atlanta, and we're looking for the right person to lead and scale it with us. We're looking for the founding leader and newest addition to our leadership team who wants to build their own team, shape the culture of Vista, and create something they're genuinely proud of. The position is unique in that it provides the right candidate the option to choose where we open the new office, who we hire and beyond. Vista provides the training, systems, operations and structure to ensure the success and long term growth of the branch. This will be the 3rd branch location of many that Vista aims to open, giving the ideal candidate an ideal opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing full service brokerage backed by our asset-based sister company, Vista Carriers.

As our Atlanta Branch Leader, you'll:
- Transition and continue growing and managing your existing book of business
- Lead business development throughout the Atlanta market
- Build and mentor a high-performing brokerage team

As your team and book grows, we'll continue investing behind you with additional operational support, technology, recruiting resources, and leadership development.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who has already proven they can build and manage a successful book of business in OTR Logistics, preferrebly in FTL.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Active portable book generating an average of $6,000+ weekly gross profit
- Multiple years of third-party freight brokerage experience
- Strong customer retention and relationship management skills
- Full cradle-to-grave brokerage experience
- Leadership mentality and interest in building a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term career ambitions
