Brookwood Farms is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance team. This position will assist with basic HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facilities maintenance throughout our manufacturing facility.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with required half-day shifts on weekends as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace filters, belts, and other basic HVAC parts as needed
- Help troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with general facility and maintenance needs
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Communicate equipment concerns or repair needs to management
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Basic HVAC knowledge or related maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday and half-day shifts on weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Must follow safety rules and company policies
- EPA certification is a plus, but not required
