With more than $16M in combined annual revenue and expansion plans underway, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who wants to directly influence decision-making, improve margins, and help scale operations.
This role partners closely with leadership and operations to turn financial and operational data into actionable insight. You will support capital allocation decisions, pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.

Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes

Build financial models to support capital investments and expansion planning

Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis for leadership decisionmaking

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

35 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or operational finance

Strong financial modeling skills in Excel

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment preferred

We are a vertically integrated residential real estate development and ownership platform that manages every stage of the real estate lifecycle, from raw land development to long-term rental ownership. Operations begin with three supporting land development companies which entitle and develop residential lots. Site preparation and infrastructure work are performed by SiteWorx Excavation & Development, LLC, an excavation and earthmoving company. Residential construction is led by Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC, a wholly owned homebuilder and general contractor. To further enhance construction quality, Superior Walls of North Dakota, LLC was launched to manufacture high-PSI (5000+) concrete foundation systems in a controlled environment. Retained homes are held within affiliated rental entities encompassing more than 150 single-family properties, allowing to align development, construction, and long-term ownership within a single integrated platform.
