- Move and stage materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Assist production teams with loading, unloading, changeovers, and other general tasks.
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts and verify quantities.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate basic material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and other approved tools.
- Learn production processes and equipment through hands-on training.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform other duties as needed to keep production running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely follow workplace procedures and PPE requirements.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing experience is helpful.
Schedule
We are hiring for multiple shifts, including day, evening, and overnight opportunities.
Compensation
$18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

You’ll work as part of a team with clear expectations, hands-on training, and direct support from leadership. Employees who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and mechanical aptitude will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into higher-level production and equipment roles.
