Use Your HVAC Brain — Not Your Back.
If you’re the tech everyone calls when they can’t figure it out—this is your opportunity to step into a more technical, long-term career path without leaving HVAC.
This role is built for technicians who are ready to transition off the truck and into a diagnostics-focused, office-based environment.
- Provide technical phone and digital support to HVAC contractors and field technicians
- Diagnose system issues using wiring diagrams, controls logic, and refrigerant circuits
- Troubleshoot using AC/DC theory and system performance data
- Assist with product testing, documentation, and technical updates
- Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting resources
- Are known for diagnosing complex HVAC issues, not just replacing parts
- Enjoy working with schematics, controls, and system logic
- Want a stable, predictable schedule with no field work
- Are comfortable using computers and documenting your work
- Are thinking long-term about your career growth in HVAC
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential or light commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics skills
- HVAC trade school or technical training preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Clear communication skills (you’ll be guiding other techs)
- Spanish bilingual is a plus, not required
- Prefer hands-on installs or being in the field daily
- Enjoy job site work more than system diagnostics
- Are looking for overtime-heavy or variable schedules
- $26/hr paid weekly while transitioning into a technical career path
- No travel, no installs, no on-call rotations
- Climate-controlled, professional office environment
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Clear path into technical specialist, training, or product support roles
This is not just another HVAC job—this is your opportunity to move into the technical side of the industry and build a career that’s less physical and more sustainable long-term.
