Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, tarts, and confections with attention to detail.
- Manage food production processes efficiently to meet volume demands without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning.
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in accordance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food flow, timely service, and consistent product quality.
Experience
- Proven culinary experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen within a restaurant environment.
- Experience with bread baking.
- Extensive pastry experience with skills in baking and food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with various baking tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen settings while maintaining attention to detail.
