Job Duties
- Assess patients’ physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implementation of treatment plans with the ability to follow and progress your own caseload
- Monitor and progress patients’ progress and adjust their treatment plans
- Educate patients and their family members on exercises and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with team members and other health care professionals to coordinate care
Experience
- New grads are welcome
- Good communication skills are essential
- Knowledge of manual therapy skills is a plus
- Must be team oriented
