With school getting back in session, part-time positions are opening up w/in the next 2wks. We will have a limited variety of 4-6hour shifts throughout the week.

It's a team approach here but you would need to have the ability to work independently with some self-direction. Dependability is a must, ability to multitask, follow direction, and work at a fast pace with strong customer service and passion for cleaning!
You must be reliable individuals with a history of good attendance at previous employers. Ability to get to work is a must!

Responsibilities:
- Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience - strong customer service skills needed
- Communicate concisely details about TSC Products and information to all Guests
- Be responsible for product and Guest service standards
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Work well with crew members and managers
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
- Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations
- Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts
- Previous quick serve and/or drink concept experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary. Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours. Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift. Fun, fast paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
