Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida SLP licensure (CCC or CFY considered)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in accordance with IEPs
- Provide direct therapy to elementary and high school students (caseloads include 32 hrs/week at Renaissance Charter, 15 hrs/week at Tradition Prep, and 6 hrs/week in Miami Dade)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
