Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Restaurant
Private Event Coordinator to grow our dining business through direct outreach, account
management, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong
organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with experience in event
marketing, hospitality, and vendor negotiations. This role involves managing all aspects
of event logistics, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless
experiences for clients and guests alike.
Duties
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
● Present and sell Galeto’s dining experiences: Full Churrasco, Gaucho
Experience, Catering, and Patio Dining.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
● Negotiate and close contracts, group bookings, and catering packages.
● Customer Relationship Management
● Understand customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
● Provide expert knowledge of menus, services, and experiences.
● Offer consistent follow-up, support, and issue resolution.
Marketing & Strategy
● Attend local events, community functions, and trade shows to promote Galeto.
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
● Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
● Administrative Tasks
● Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client data using CRM
tools.
● Report weekly metrics and progress toward diner targets.
Additional Requirements
● Some evenings or weekend hours may be required.
● Must be available for occasional local travel to meet with clients or partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.
● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
● Proven ability to close sales and build long-term relationships.
● Strong time management and organizational abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (training provided).
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
